Dr. Shandilya is a key professional for deployment of Quality Management System, Lean Manufacturing System, Lean Six Sigma, TQM, TPM, Problem Solving and Operational Performance Excellence. His diverse range of consulting experience includes providing onsite vendor up-gradation through cluster activity, vendor system audit, conducting public & in-house training courses and onsite support. He has supported and mentored various organizations for activities related to the implementation of tools like SPC & MSA, FMEA, IATF 16949, APQP & PPAP, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Problem Solving, Plant Maintenance, DOE, TQM, etc. He also trains employees in behavioral training like Assertive Communication, Negotiation Skills, Time Management etc.
Dr. Sumit is an active industry professional and has been associated with different but reputed business houses of the country. Presently, he is associated as a C.E.O. with IIPE India, Director – Global System Certifications, Director – Climate Consulting and Sustainability Limited, Australia. In the past he has been associated as a Chief Business Excellence Officer – ISPAT Group, General Manager & Head of Business Exce – Balasore Alloys Limited, Vice President – Business Excellence – APEX Group, HERO MotoCorp Limited, Maruti Center for Excellence – Maruti Suzuki India Limited, VISA Steel Limited.
He has been a recipient of numerous prestigious awards for his contribution in Industry like Young Leader of the year, National Merit Award, Speaker of the Session Award, Best Researcher Award, Best Trainer Award, Best Consultant Award, Young Leader Award and so on.
Dr. Shandilya has been a national level sportsman in athletics and has won various medals at Nationals, State, University, College and School level competitions.
