All candidates who successfully complete all the stages of the Program will be confirmed on the rolls of the Bank.
The Program is fully residential during the 30 days classroom Program. Hostel accommodation is provided to all students by BML Munjal University, Gurgaon. The course fee is inclusive of all boarding & lodging costs at the campus. The students will move to their respective branch location that is assigned to them after the Program completion.

Please note that lodging & boarding facilities will be provided only during the 30 days of the Classroom course at the BML Munjal University, Gurgaon.
Expenses for travelling from home location to Kotak Mahindra Bank premises have to be borne by the candidate. Kotak Mahindra Bank shall not reimburse the same. In addition, the students should make necessary arrangements (boarding and lodging) on their own while joining Kotak Mahindra Bank premises as well.
The medium of study will be English.
Leave would be given only with the specific permission of the Head of Program at BML Munjal University, Gurgaon and Program Coordinator or Kotak Mahindra Bank HR Department. The same will be allowed at the sole discretion of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The candidate is not entitled to seek an employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank if he/she is unable to complete the Program successfully and the enrolment letter stands withdrawn.
The classes will be held for 8 hours 30 minutes each day. The classes will be held 6 days a week.
The certificate will be issued upon successful completion and clearance of all stages of the Program.
The student may be posted at any branch/office of Kotak Mahindra Bank across India. While preference of candidates may be asked, there is no guarantee that the same will be provided at the time of posting. Posting shall be based on available vacancies across India.
Candidates are provided a health insurance coverage for the Program duration.

Yes. After deployment, sales targets will be assigned by the supervisor, and performance will be considered for growth.
The role offered will be a Sales role that will constitute of selling banking & financial products to the bank’s existing & new customers.

  • Coordinate the gold loan application and documentation process.
  • Support customers through the loan processing and disbursement journey.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business targets after deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s processes, policies, and KYC requirements.
  • Coordinate with branch teams and other stakeholders for smooth customer service.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and support business growth and retention.
