Ms. Tanu Kashyap, IAS is an accomplished civil servant with over two decades of distinguished service. A 2005 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Punjab cadre, she currently serves as the Director General of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

With 25+ years of experience, she has trained over 35,000 individuals in 75+ organizations globally. She specializes in leadership development, DEI, and gender-balanced leadership strategies. Nirupama has worked with firms like Amazon, GE Healthcare, Uber, and Tata Motors, and is an empaneled advisor with McKinsey/Aberkyn.
