    Frequently Asked Questions

    Candidates who are graduates or postgraduates from any stream, fresher or individuals with work experience looking for a career in Axis Bank, individuals interested in joining a Job Oriented Programme and less than or equal to 35 Years of Age.

    There are six significant steps involved-

    • STEP 1: Fill the online application form
    • STEP 2: Analytical Assessment
    • STEP 3: Personal Interview
    • STEP 4: Issuance of Admission Letter and Completing Admission Formalities
    • STEP 5: Receive an LOI After Selection
    • STEP 6: Fee Deposit

    This is a year-long programme, encompassing three months of on-campus training, followed by a four-month internship and finally, five months of on-the-job training. The candidate will embark on their role within Axis Bank.

    Post-programme completion, you will step into a dynamic Sales role at Axis Bank. This pivotal position involves promoting and offering a range of banking and financial products to both the bank’s existing and new customers.

    Graduates or Post Graduates from any stream with more than 50% in their final year of graduation or an aggregate of 50% and above in graduation, can apply.

    Candidates in the Final Year of their graduation who have appeared for their examination & are awaiting results are also eligible for the programme.

    There are some scenarios in which you are not considered eligible for this programme:

    • You have a relative working at Axis Bank in accordance with the relative hiring policy of the Bank. Moreover, if two relatives get selected for the programme, the candidate with a lower assessment score will have to withdraw their application
    • You have been subjected to any disciplinary proceedings by your previous employer(s) at any time
    • You have ever been proceeded against or convicted under any criminal statutes or in a consumer forum
    • You have arrears in your graduation, which are not yet cleared
    • Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you

    The total Fee for the course is ₹2,70,000+18% GST. Prior to programme commencement, 100% fees for Term 1 is payable.

    You can pay the fees from your own resources (self-fund) or you are welcome to take a personal loan from any bank of your choice or you may take a loan from Axis Bank. Loan shall be given subject to your fulfilling all requirements of the Bank.

    Yes, you will get only one additional attempt in a given cycle for assessments.

    The journey is divided into three stages:
    Stage 1: 3 months

    • 3 months of classroom training at BML Munjal University (or a designated training centre)

    Stage 2: 4 months

    • Internship (you will be posted at any Axis Bank branch or office across India basis business requirement/vacancy)
    • Completion of Internship Diary
    • Evaluation by assigned Supervisor

    Stage 3: 5 months On Job Training (OJT)

    • Post successful completion of 4 months of classroom training and 3 months of internship, the candidate becomes eligible to join as an employee, where the initial 5 months are On-The-Job (OJT) training.
    • OJT posting is the final posting (you will be posted at any Axis Bank branch or office across India basis business requirement/vacancy)
    • OJT evaluation by Supervisor (for initial 5 months on the job)
    • Milestone: On *successful completion of the entire programme (all 3 stages), become a certified Axis Bank Bharat Banker.

    *“Successful” means that a Bharat banker has to clear all the exams/stages/certifications by scoring the minimum marks at least, without which, the Bharat banker will not proceed to the next stage or join/become a confirmed employee at Axis Bank.

    The selection process consists of 2 stages of Assessments

    • Level 1: Proctored Online Assessment – Verbal Ability, Analytical Ability, Numerical Ability, English Comprehension and Psychometric Test
    • Level 2: Personal Interview

    You need some significant documents for the enrolment. Here are some-

    • Recent Passport-size Photos
    • Pan card & Adhaar card
    • 10th Certificate
    • 12th Certificate
    • Degree documents (Degree Certificate and Grade report – consolidated / Term-wise)

    Yes, you will be awarded with a Post Graduate certificate in Banking & Service from BML Munjal University Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) post successful completion of this programme.

    The final Job offer stands null and void if you do not complete the Certificate programme. The course fee will be non-refundable.

    Please note that the course fee is paid towards the programme to BML Munjal University and not to Axis Bank for getting a guaranteed job. Also, note that no refund of the course fees will be permissible under any circumstances if the candidate decides to leave after enrolment/during any stage of the programme/post joining Axis Bank, as notified by BML Munjal University.

    The annual CTC is around Rs 4.42 LPA – 4.8 LPA. This includes an assumed annual performance-based bonus and includes eligibility-based loan benefits, insurance benefits as well as retirements like PF & Gratuity.
