    You asked. We answered.

The Women in Leadership (WIL) 4.0 Conference is the fourth edition of BML Munjal University’s flagship leadership forum. It is designed to bring together industry leaders, senior professionals, academicians, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and management students to engage in focused discussions on leadership, innovation, inclusion, and the future of work, with a specific emphasis on advancing women in leadership.

The conference aims to highlight the pivotal role of women in leadership while addressing structural barriers, evolving workplace expectations, and the need for intentional development of women leaders. Through research-driven insights, lived experiences, and expert dialogue, WIL 4.0 seeks to strengthen diverse and gender-balanced leadership pipelines.

The conference is expected to host over 200 delegates, including CEOs, CXOs, Chief Human Resource Officers, senior HR professionals, academicians, policymakers, business leaders, NGO representatives, and students from undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes.

Partnership with WIL 4.0 offers organisations an opportunity to associate with a credible academic and leadership platform committed to inclusion, leadership development, and organisational transformation. Partnerships enable structured brand visibility, engagement with senior decision-makers, and alignment with conversations shaping leadership and workplace practices.

The conference offers Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum partnership tiers. Each tier includes a defined set of branding, recognition, and engagement benefits. In addition, optional add-on sponsorship opportunities such as delegate kits, lanyards, digital media partnerships, and merchandise sponsorships are available. Customised packages may be designed based on organisational objectives.

Partner visibility includes logo placement across pre- and post-conference communication, social media outreach, on-site branding, stage and backdrop displays (as applicable to the tier), recognition during conference proceedings, and logo projection during session breaks, in accordance with the agreed sponsorship package.

Panel participation is available for select partnership tiers, subject to speaker slot availability and relevance to the conference theme. All participatory roles are finalised by the organisers to ensure alignment with the conference objectives and programme structure.

Yes. Customisation of partnership packages is available across all tiers, subject to feasibility and prior agreement with the organisers. Branding deliverables and engagement elements are finalised jointly before the conference.

Partnerships are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, and all branding, participation, and communication must adhere strictly to the agreed terms. The organisers reserve the right to modify the event programme or restrict associations that are inconsistent with the conference’s values or objectives.

Organisations interested in partnership or sponsorship opportunities may contact the conference team through the official communication channels provided in the conference materials for further discussion and coordination.
