Dr. Suchitra Ella, Padma Bhushan awardee and Managing Director of Bharat Biotech, is one of India’s most influential leaders in biotechnology and healthcare. With deep expertise across finance, marketing, operations, and business strategy, she has played a pivotal role in building Bharat Biotech into a globally respected enterprise.
She currently serves as Handlooms and Handicrafts Development Advisor (Cabinet Rank) to the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is a Board Member of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. A senior industry leader, she is Vice President of CII, former Chairperson of CII Southern Region, and Founder Chairperson of the Indian Women’s Network. Ritika, an MBA graduate from Maastricht School of Management and an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women, is a certified mindfulness coach and facilitator dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their potential. She conducts mindful practices and coaching sessions for corporates, groups, and individuals using tools such as MBSR, meditation, visualization, psychodrama, and positive psychology to foster growth and well-being. Ritika also leads workshops on communication and soft skills, works closely with young adults with diverse needs, and creates safe, non-judgmental spaces for self-exploration, purpose alignment, and value-driven growth, drawing inspiration from Vedic and Buddhist teachings, psychology, yoga, and meditation.
