    About 3-Year
    LLB Programme

The 3-Year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programme at BML Munjal University is designed for students who want to have a strong foundation in legal education. The Bar Council of India and the University Grants Commission recognise the three-year professional undergraduate degree programme, a Bachelor’s in Law and Legislation (LLB), offered by BMU. The curriculum includes new-age and industry-relevant electives – AI and Law, EU Competition Law, Data Privacy Laws, Sports Law and Mergers & Acquisitions – for a dynamic and rewarding career in various legal professions.

Traditionally, law has been viewed as an independent discipline with its own methods and styles. At BMU, we challenge this notion using collaboration throughout distinctive fields of understanding. Expert faculty from the School of Management and Engineering & Technology frequently interact with college students in the School of Law through lectures, events and open discussions.

The LLB programme at BMU offers case-based learning, moot courts, internships, legal research initiatives and live matters to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practice. Mentorship from expert faculty, legal practitioners and guest lectures by judges and in-house counsels adds value to the academic experience.

After completion of the LLB programme, graduates will be prepared for legal practice across various fields, including litigation, corporate firms, the judiciary, public policy, academia and consulting. The programme provides not only technical competence, but equips graduates with values of justice, ethics and leadership, turning them into legal professionals who not only practice and understand the law, but who are also able to support society in positive ways.
