My journey at BML Munjal University was a blend of academics, passion, and practical experience. As a founding member of the photography club and a dedicated Computer Science student, I honed my leadership and technical skills. My internship at Tata 1mg played a pivotal role, eventually leading me to become a Senior Engineering Manager, where I drive innovation and mentor teams. Looking back, I credit the university for fostering my growth and shaping me into the tech leader l am today.

When I joined BMU for Liberal Studies, I was introverted, facing cultural barriers. Determined to change, ! stepped out of my comfort zone, participating in every event. A standout memory was dancing at a traditional night, embracing my new spontaneity. Over time, I grew more confident and outgoing. BMU’S supportive community helped me discover my passion for psychology, and I’m grateful for the journey.

In April, I participated in a moot court competition in Dehradun, facing many hurdles. With my teammates struggling and last-minute setbacks, we discovered a major flaw in our argument right before the competition. Desperate, we called Satya Sir at 2 AM, who guided us through a solution. Thanks to his help and the support from other faculty, we adjusted our approach just in time. Despite the odds, we finished as runner-up, a win shaped by teamwork, determination, and unwavering mentorship.

My journey at BML Munjal University shaped the way I learn, lead, and take risks. As a BBA student, I stepped beyond classrooms to take on leadership roles, organising career fairs and leading student clubs that created real impact.

BMU encouraged me to think entrepreneurially. I went on to found Plushy Toys and scale it into an international brand, gaining early exposure to building and growing a business. My experience managing AdSales at Zomato, where I achieved top global rankings, strengthened my understanding of high-performance teams. Internships with The Coca-Cola Company and Vodafone further broadened my industry perspective.

Today, as Manager New Ventures at Talabat, Dubai, I carry forward the confidence and real-world mindset that BMU helped build.

Aditi Yadav’s journey at KPMG and BML Munjal University blends expertise, leadership, and dedication. At KPMG, she excelled as an Audit Associate, specialising in Investment Funds, Property, and Pension Funds for clients in Ireland. Her strong financial acumen and skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel made her a valued team member. At BML Munjal University, Aditi demonstrated leadership as Treasurer of the BMU Management Association and Student Buddy, guiding new students. She also represented the university as a Student Ambassador, organising key events. Her passion for learning and community involvement, including volunteering with SAVERA NGO, showcases her commitment to growth and service.
