Eligibility Details
Academic Qualifications:
- Graduates or Post Graduates from any discipline with 50% and above marks in their FINAL year of graduation OR an aggregate of 50% and above marks throughout all years of Graduation.
- Candidates in their Final Year of Graduation/Post Graduation who have participated in their examinations and are awaiting results are also eligible for the programme. However, the original Final Year mark sheet and degree certificate must be submitted upon joining the academy.
- A Graduation Degree recognized by Govt. Of India.
- Less than or equal to 35 Years of Age.
Ineligibility:
You will NOT be eligible for this programme if:
You have a relative employed at Axis Bank as per the bank’s relative hiring policy. Furthermore, if two relatives are selected for the programme, the candidate with the lower assessment score will be required to withdraw their application.
You have been involved in any disciplinary proceedings by previous employers at any point.
You have been subject to any criminal convictions or proceedings under criminal statutes or consumer forums.
Any pending or proposed legal action is against you.
Preference:
Eligible candidates with proficiency in English, Regional Languages (Hindi) and Graduation in B.A. / B.Sc. Agriculture will be preferred.

Only after the agency confirms the authenticity of these details will the candidate be considered for further selection/employment processes within the bank
The Bank reserves the right to re-verify the authenticity of the details submitted by the candidate at any stage of the training/employment process

In the event of discovering, at any stage of the selection process, that a candidate does not meet the eligibility norms or has provided incorrect/false information/certificates/documents or withheld crucial facts, their candidature will be nullified. Even after admission or appointment, if these shortcomings are identified, their admission or services will be terminated.
For candidates with a previous employment history at Axis Bank, their eligibility for rehire via this programme is determined by the bank’s rehire policy. If deemed ineligible, the bank will cancel the application in accordance with the policy.
Bank’s Decision:
The bank’s decision regarding the candidate’s eligibility, the stages at which eligibility scrutiny will occur, documents required for examination, interview, selection, and any other recruitment-related matter is final and binding. The bank will not entertain correspondence or personal inquiries in this regard.
Important Notice:
Note that shortlisting during any stage of the application or selection process is based on the bank’s criteria. The bank will verify the student’s educational qualifications and background through an external agency. The information provided by the student during application/selection must be accurate and is subject to verification. Only after the agency confirms the authenticity of these details will the candidate be considered for further selection/employment processes within the bank. Upon joining the bank, candidates will need to submit a “self-declaration” medical fitness form.
