    Dr. Sankalp Chaturvedi

    Sankalp Chaturvedi is a Professor (Organisational Behavior & Leadership) at the Imperial College Business School. Currently, Sankalp is also the Associate Dean of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and co-director of the Gandhi Centre for Inclusive Innovation within the School. He holds a Ph.D. from the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. Prior to his Ph.D., he has a Masters in Human Resource Development and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (India), and a Bachelors in Engineering from RAU, Udaipur (India). The central focus of Sankalp’s research is in the areas of Leadership, Mindfulness, and collaboration mechanisms in Teams.

    Dr. Sven Mikolon

    Sven Mikolon is Associate Professor of Marketing and Co-Director of the Gandhi Centre for Inclusive Innovation at Imperial College Business School. Sven studied Business Administration and Economics at the Ruhr-University of Bochum (Germany) from where he also obtained his doctoral degree in business administration. In his research Sven bridges the literature on organizational psychology with that on consumer behaviour and strategic marketing with a strong focus on the customer-company-interface. This work has relevance for managers who aim to place the customer at the centre of decision-making processes in organisations - from product development, to marketing, sales and services.

    Yuri Mishina

    Yuri Mishina is an associate professor of organisational behavior and strategy in the Department of Management at Imperial College Business School. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in organizational theory with a minor in strategic management. He also has an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.A. in economics from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Imperial College, he was an assistant professor of management at Michigan State University. His research examines informal corporate governance processes, and how top management team and stakeholder belief systems influence a firm’s strategic choices and outcomes.

    Dmitry Sharapov

    Dmitry Sharapov is Associate Professor of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy, and MRes/PhD Director for the Management & Entrepreneurship department. Dmitry's research interests lie at the intersections of the literatures on competitive strategy, innovation management, and decision-making under uncertainty. His research, which has been published in journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, and Research Policy, aims to improve our understanding of (1) the antecedents, processes, and consequences of organizations imitating one another, (2) the inventive process and how organizations select which novel ideas to support, and (3) strategy in business ecosystems. Empirical settings for exploring these questions include large multinational technology companies, startup accelerators, the US movie industry, and the America's Cup World Series sailing competition.

    Christian Hampel

    Christian Hampel is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation at Imperial. Prior to joining Imperial he completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge and was a Research Fellow (postdoctoral researcher) at the University of Oxford. Christian’s research is at the intersection of entrepreneurship and organisation theory. In particular, he focuses on how new ventures manage social evaluations (e.g., stigma, legitimacy, identification). Christian studies these dynamics with a focus on mission-driven ventures, especially in the social innovation and fintech spaces. Recently, he received an ESRC grant to study social tech ventures.

    Anu Wadhwa

    Anu Wadhwa is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship in the department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Imperial College London. Prior to joining Imperial College, she was on the faculty at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. She received her Ph.D. from the Foster School of Business at University of Washington, Seattle. Anu’s research examines patterns and processes of entrepreneurship in established firms, the impact of corporate entrepreneurship on organizational innovation, how entrepreneurial actors make decisions under extreme uncertainty and how pre-entry experience and knowledge impact post-entry innovation choices and outcomes.

    Clare Brass

    Clare Brass is a designer with extensive experience in creating and teaching sustainable/circular systems design. Her work explores ways of using design to create positive social/environmental business. She has worked at various prestigious institutions including the Royal College of Art, Imperial College London, Cambridge University and Berkeley. Clare was formerly leader of sustainability and entrepreneurship in IDE. She also set up and ran SustainRCA, a cross-disciplinary unit to inspire, encourage and support students across the college to address global social / environmental challenges in their work. She set up Department 22 in 2016 with two RCA graduates to explore sustainable/circular food systems, later co-founding Moree, where she is Chief Product Officer.

    Dejan Mitrovic

    Dejan Mitrovic is a London-based creative entrepreneur with a focus on design, technology and education. Royal College of Art (RCA) and Imperial College graduate with MA/MSc in Innovation Design Engineering. He has lived in 5 countries, speaks 6 languages. He tutors about design, enterprise and sustainability at the RCA and lectures at Imperial College, Ravensbourne College and City University (CASS) in London. He also founded KIDE – an educational 3D printing company. He’s designed a DIY chair for African rural schools. He’s created visual installations in the London Olympic Park. His work is exhibited at the Victoria and Albert museum. He has worked on various branding and photography projects, including the Belgrade City Guide for Wallpaper magazine.

    When asked "If you were a product, what would you be?" Dejan answers, "A Swiss army knife, an object that combines numerous high-quality utensils and life-saving tools.
