With the strong core values of our founder group, BMU emphasizes the holistic development of its students into ethical leaders, who will create a positive impact on themselves, their organizations, and society at large.
The Career Guidance & Development Centre (CGDC) has undertaken an extensive engagement programme with the industry to support students to chart an enterprising career path. A robust holistic approach over the years has led to significant growth in overall placements of students with some of the biggest names in the industry.

The CGDC team works with students to help them understand and evaluate their career choices, train them for recruitment tests and interviews, get them insight into what their career choice would mean in real life by introducing them to people from the industry, organizing visits from industry experts who come and discuss their life and work with the students. The team also supports students going for further education with all kinds of help they may need – from application to finding a university with the right fit.

Since its inception, BMU has graduated four MBA batches so far, excluding the current graduating batch of 2021. A consistent growth with the set of preferred companies is one of the major highlights of BMU Placements.

There are significant increments in the Average (overall, Top 10% & Top 25%) and the highest packages offered to each batch, year on year, and consequential progress is noticed in 2021 placements so far.
