    Online Registration Process

    We at BMU, including the current batch, are eagerly waiting to welcome you as part of our new batch on campus.
     
    Fortunately, the orientation program and registration day are just around the corner. We want to ensure that our upcoming batch has a seamless and smooth registration experience.
     
    To help you prepare for the registration process, we have detailed the process below.
     
    The Online registration process for the MBA programme shall commence on May 20, 2025.
     
    To complete your registration process, you are expected to follow the given steps –
     

    • Step-I: Click on https://maitri.bmu.edu.in and log in to your account using the
      credentials previously communicated to you in the ‘BML Munjal University: Hostel Registration” email. (Please use the new password in case you perform a reset as per previous instructions).
    •  

    • Step-II: Access the payment gateway and make the payment to clear the dues.
    •  

    • Step-III: You will be required to update the profile by selecting the ‘student
      profile’
      option. You are required to completely fill out all the below-mentioned documents & undertakings.

    Further, all should be uploaded on Maitri on or before May 30, 2025. The details are as follows:
     

    Registration, Educational Qualifications, & Other Mandatory Documents:

     

    • Registration Form AY 2025-2026
    • Seat Allotment letter/Scholarship Acceptance Letter
    • Score Card of the Entrance Examination (As applicable)
    • Recent Colored Passport Size Photograph – 03
    • Proof of Haryana Domicile (Candidate) — if Applicable
    • Class 10th Mark Sheet & Certificate (in case of improvement, both the mark sheets (old and new) should be submitted)
    • Class 12th Mark Sheet & Certificate (in case of improvement, both the (old and new) mark sheets should be submitted)
    • Graduation Mark Sheets (All years or up to the previous year if the final year result is awaited)
    • Graduation Degree/Provisional Degree
    • Post-Graduation Marksheets (Only applicable if applying for a doctoral programme)
    • Post-Graduation Degree/Provisional Degree
    • Character Certificate
    • Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate of Graduation
    • AADHAR Card
    • In the case of Foreign Students, a Photocopy of their Passport, Visa and FRRO Registration letter
    • Parents’ Income Certificate
    • Caste certificate (if applicable)
    • Disability Certificate (if applicable)
    • Certificate for Defence Ward Scholarship (if applicable)
    • Sports Certificate of National Level/State Level (If Applicable)

     

    Check Undertakings & Certifications:

     

    • Affidavit for Non-Availability of Documents at the Time of Registration (In Case of Migration/Transfer Certificate/Other Eligible Documents Not Available and The Candidate Is Having Some Backlogs/Repeat Examinations) – Annexure-01
    • Medical Certificate (From Regular Medical Practitioner/MBBS & Equivalent)- Annexure-02
    • Certificate for having a year gap (If applicable)- Annexure-03
    • Student Code of Conduct & Learning Contract-  Annexure-04
    • Undertaking by Student & Parent highlighting Acknowledgement of Student’s Rights and Responsibilities Followed by Indemnity Bond by Parent- Annexure-05
    • Undertaking by Student on Sexual Harassment (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal)- Annexure-06
    • Undertaking by Parent/Guardian on Sexual Harassment (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal)-Annexure-07
    • Undertaking by Postgraduate Student (Regarding Hostel Rules)-Annexure-08
    • Nasha Mukti Abhiyan Declaration Form –Annexure-09

     
     

    • Step-IV:It is mandatory to complete the online registration by 30th May 2025 on Maitri. Kindly mention Anti-ragging reference No. and ABC ID in the registration form. In case of any issue while completing the online registration, please contact your admission counsellor.

     

    Note: Hard copies of all duly filled & signed testimonials as well as undertakings must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar at the University on 7th July 2025.
