Dr. Lucky Vijayvargiya is a distinguished academic and management professional with over 19 years of diverse experience in higher education, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and institutional rankings. As a strategic leader and innovator, he has demonstrated expertise in driving institutional growth, achieving accreditation milestones, and fostering academic excellence. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Jayoti Vidyapeeth, Jaipur, and is a Gold Medalist MBA graduate from the International Institute of Professional Studies, DAVV, Indore. Additionally, he holds an M.Com and B.Com from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

Prior to taking on the position of Director of IQAC at BML Munjal University, Dr. Vijayvargiya served universities such as Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) and Dayananda Sagar University Bangalore in the capacity of Director of Quality and Compliance. He has also worked with institutions like Nitte, Mangalore, and Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore. Passionate about capacity building, he has led numerous faculty and administrator workshops on quality frameworks, accreditations, and ranking systems.

Dr. Vijayvargiya has authored multiple articles on tourism, value education, and work-life balance, which have been published in IEEE conferences and journals indexed by Web of Science, Scopus, and ABDC.

He is recognized for his result-oriented approach, dynamic leadership, and ability to foster collaborative work environments. A team player with strong analytical skills, he actively promotes professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement within his teams and organizations. His contributions to accreditation, rankings, and quality assurance have positioned him as a key figure in transforming institutions into globally recognized centers of excellence.
