BMU Students Win First Prize at Tally CodeBrewers 2026
Students from BML Munjal University’s B.Tech Class of 2027—Samardh Sahni, Chirag Jindal, and Manya—secured First Prize at Tally CodeBrewers 2026, a national-level coding hackathon that brought together participants to demonstrate their programming, engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
The team advanced through an online assessment before competing in an intensive 48-hour hackathon, where they developed, tested and refined a working solution in response to a practical challenge. Their final solution was presented to a jury comprising industry experts.
The achievement reflects BMU’s emphasis on experiential learning, where students are encouraged to apply classroom knowledge to practical challenges, iterate on ideas and develop solutions for real-world contexts. The team’s success demonstrates the value of combining technical expertise with creativity, collaboration and problem-solving.
BML Munjal University congratulates Samardh Sahni, Chirag Jindal, and Manya on this accomplishment and wishes them continued success in their academic and professional journeys.
