    Sanmitra teaches nanoscience,electrochemistry, environmental science and sustainability. His research interests include designing energy harvesting materials for photoelectrochemical water splitting, photocatalytic pollutant degradation in wastewater and designing substrate for sensing of environmental pollutants present in water by Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopic technique.
