    Dr. Maheshwar Dwivedy is Professor and Associate Dean (Practice School & Industry Relations) with over two decades of experience in academia, research, and industry collaboration. He has played a pivotal role in building industry integrated academic ecosystems, including large scale internship programs, faculty immersion initiatives, and Centers of Excellence in emerging technologies.

    He has previously served as the Founding Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at BML Munjal University and has held key academic and administrative positions at BITS Pilani and SRM University AP. His work focuses on bridging the gap between academia and industry through curriculum innovation, strategic partnerships, and experiential learning models.

    His research spans Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, additive manufacturing, machinability, and sustainable engineering systems. He has published over 40 international journal papers with more than 1600 research citations and an h-index of 18. He is also actively involved in research projects funded by ICSSR and institutional grants.

    Dr. Dwivedy has collaborated extensively with leading organizations such as IBM, Infosys, SAP, NASSCOM, and Volvo, and has organized major industry conclaves involving global companies like Boeing, John Deere, and Eaton. He served as institutional member in professional bodies such as CII regional chapters and ASSOCHAM.

    His academic and professional contributions continue to focus on developing industry ready engineers through innovation, research, and strong industry engagement.
