    Srikanth K

    Dr. Srikanth K has been associated with BMU since 2024. Prior to joining BMU, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Responsive Soft Matter, IIT Madras. He earned his PhD from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Madras, where his research focused on constitutive modeling of viscoelastic solids, and associated computational analysis. Dr. Srikanth has also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kerala.

    His current research interests include constitutive modeling of soft materials, AI-driven material discovery, applied differential geometry, and computational epidemiology. His research has applications in predictive medicine, aerospace engineering, and automotive engineering. He also serves as a reviewer for several esteemed international journals in the fields of mechanics and applied mathematics.
