Dr. Meenakshi Malik is currently serving as Associate Professor and Deputy head in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at BML Munjal University, Gurugram. She has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning. She completed her Postdoctoral Research with Switch Mobility UK | India on AI-driven EV battery health analytics and received an Appreciation Award from Switch Mobility for her research contribution. She is an alumna of IIM Bangalore and recipient of the Best Project Award at IIM Bangalore. Her Ph.D. in AI and Data Science from Maharshi Dayanand University was honored with the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award by the Hon’ble Vice President of India. Her research interests include AI, Machine Learning, EV analytics, intelligent transportation systems, healthcare AI, and big data analytics. Recently, she received an Institutional Research Grant from Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (2026–27) for an AI-based veterinary healthcare project. She is UGC-NET, HTET, and GATE qualified and has published 15+ SCI/SCOPUS indexed journal papers, 20+ conference papers, 7 book chapters, 2 edited books and holds 6 patents.
