Website: The WIL Ignite programme, in collaboration with NASSCOM, continues to build the next generation of women leaders at BMU. This specialised three-day programme took place from 26 to 28 May.

The programme was structured to create a dedicated, focused space for high-potential women professionals to step beyond routine operational responsibilities and sharpen their strategic acumen.

A student Ms. Savita shared her experience: “It’s an incredible platform where you get the chance to connect with inspiring women, learn from their experiences and explore how much more you can achieve.”

The curriculum zeroed in on critical functions—including self-awareness, AI, strategy, and risk management. A core highlight of the latest cohort was a session by industry thought leader Ms. Veni Mathew, Director, HR, Wipro, who completely reframed the conversation around artificial intelligence. Rather than focusing purely on technical algorithms, she delivered an inspiring wake-up call, urging leaders to stop fearing that AI will eliminate jobs and instead focus on how it can supercharge human creativity.

Through these vital collaborations with NASSCOM and forward-thinking industry experts, BMU continues to act as a launchpad for the next generation of future-ready women leaders.
