Leadership talks are one of the unique features of our university. As our motto says “From Here to the World”, so these kinds of talks delivered by eminent scholars and leaders of the industries help students pick up industry-relevant skills and knowledge thereby improving their employability prospects.

In the past, many prominent scholars and industry leaders have visited the campus to share their knowledge and experience with the students of BML Munjal University. Dr. RA Mashelkar kicked off the leadership talk session by sharing his valuable insight on Industrial Research. He emphasized innovation in education.

Other memorable speakers were Dr. SP Kothari, Dy Dean, and Prof MIT Sloan; Mr. Masoyashi Tamura, GM, Software, Hitachi India; Arjuna Awardee Deepa Malik; Mr. Vijay Sehgal VP, Tata Teleservices, and General Bikram Singh, former Chiefs of Army Staff, who talked about how leaders are groomed in the army and how army values of can be replicated in civilian life.

The crux of the leadership talk was to bridge the gap between industrial needs and available skills and expose the faculty and the students to the latest industry trends and practices.
