    BBA LLB vs. BA LLB – Which is Better after 12th?

    Becoming a successful lawyer is something that many students dream of. After all, the prestige and power that comes with being the advocate of legality cannot be compared to anything else in the world.

    What is BBA LLB?

    This is a 5-year law course, and it involves the fusion of law and managerial subjects. BBA LLB or Bachelors of Business Administration (LLB) integrates the study of business administration along with legal cases.

    Any student after passing out their 10+2 exam will be eligible to take admission for the exam. But apart from having credible scores in their board exam, aspirants also need to clear an entrance exam.

    What is BA LLB?

    This is also a 5-year course, and it involves a combination of art and law topics.

    Alike BBA LLB, aspirants who want to make their career in law can take admission in it soon after completing their board exams if you are inclined towards the study of law and a selected art subjects you can take admission in various law colleges spread across the country.

    If you pursue this course, you will mostly have to establish yourself as a law advocate. However, you can also apply in the government agencies, where the demand for expert law advocates is in the high rise.

    The most astonishing and promising factor of both these courses is that these are integrated courses, and upon pursuing any of these you do not have to invest 6 years, which you would have to if you pursued ( BBA/BA and LLB) separately.

    The most prominent contrasting factor found between the two is perhaps, that BA covers art subjects along with law cases.

    As for BBA LLB, here the aspirants will have profound knowledge about not only law subjects but also Managerial subjects.

    But the thing which you should understand this is that the future scope of both these courses is the same. After graduating, you will have similar opportunities.

    What are the eligibility criteria of the programs?

    Before you get all excited for starting your college life in a reputed law school of the country, it is advisable to check whether you meet all the points in the eligibility criteria.

    BA LLBaspirants, have to pass their 10+2 exams with at least an aggregate of 55 % and English should be one of the subjects.

    BBA LLBsame as the above, only here you will have to score an aggregate of 50% or above.

    Most reputed law institutes across the country demand for scores of any of the entrance examinations like CLAT. Without it, you might not be offered admission in your desired institute.

    Some colleges also recruit candidates by testing their knowledge and logical ability through a few rounds of interviews.
