Executive Programmes

BMU wishes to be a leader in this space covering the complete range from the Worker to the Top Management with a series of People Development Programmes both at local, regional, national and international levels. These PDPs will be offered both as In-company and on an open basis. An Open Programme Calendar for each Financial Year will be declared so that regular partnership can be achieved with the participating organizations. The PDPs will be designed with substantial research inputs and a careful application approach in order to give substantial benefit to the participants. BMU already has alliances with many International Schools of very high reputation who will jointly help deliver the PDPs. We also have regular Industry and independent Experts who will take sessions in our PDPs based on their special expertise. BMU is entering into partnership with organizations to do in-company PDPs at all levels. These PDPs are customized based on internally identified needs and assessment processes. Such programmes involve extensive study of the partner organization, preparation of specific teaching materials and cases to deliver excellent and relevant programmes. The duration is also decided in consultation and range from a minimum of 2 days to around 5 days mostly but also extending to 2 weeks to 4 weeks. The emergence of unified global practices and rapidly changing technological advancements has made it imperative for organizations to give global experience and we at BMU have developed excellent partnerships to develop programmes with Global Learning Modules. These are offered in USA, UK, Europe, ASEAN and other parts of the world.

BMU is also going to offer regular Round Table discussions to make Managers appreciate recent trends in their functional areas.
