WIL has been a very well thought through program with an objective of developing women in leadershiproles, in their respective organizations despite their gender. There was a clear focus in developing theirthinking capabilities as a leader in managing a business. The content was adequate, faculties were good, and were all experts in their fields.My team was fortunate to attend sessions in the campus. TheCapstoneprogram in particular, was very well appreciated and the participants did feel that perhaps, itcould have been covered earlier in the course rather than towards the end. The participants wereengaged to a very high level with lots of interaction fun and outdoor activities meshed in, and theconduct of the modules remained focused on the objectives and takeaways. I wish BML University allthe best in such endeavors.

The WIL journey was nothing less than incredible in terms that it has been self-evoking, introspecting, and enriching.

This program has helped me awaken the feminine qualities in me. I am constantly in process of awakening my inherent qualities of being a leader, my leadership style and what I bring to the table. I have learnt to trust myself and nurture a team.

The pursuit of my MBA has been a personal goal since I graduated. Now that I have begun my final semester, I can honestly say that it has been challenging, yet very rewarding, 18 months. BMU’s MBA program has pushed me out of my comfort zone and showed me the reality of ground zero. It has provided me with a perfect amalgamation of hands on learning and industrial experience. Accepting this as a challenge has helped me move beyond what I previously thought was my academic limit.  Now that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, I am more convinced than ever that I made the right decision to do MBA from BMU.

BMU helped me grow myself, having a passion in sports i got lot many opportunities to show myself. I am a different person now. I am confident enough to present myself without any kind of hesitation. I thank BML Munjal university for helping me out to grow and make a career worth living.

The 2 year MBA program in BMU not only helped shaped my career but also helped change the persective i had for myself. development comes up when you are encouraged and supported by people around you, here at BMU having such great faculties helped a lot to go ahead and take risk. Stepping out of my comfort zone for the first time for my higher studies was a difficult decision as i was scared but later i realized this was one of my best decisions of life. Everyone is in search of opportunity to be successful, for me BML Munjal University is the place full of opportunities. I explored myself in and out to see what actually works for me and all because i had a chance to do that in BMU.

BMU has helped me to develop an attitude to go beyond the ordinary and to achieve the impossible. The culture on campus stimulates the very intellect of students to do the unthinkable and still be inquisitive. The whole foundation of BMU is built on the fundamentals of asking the right questions to get the right answers. The professors here at BMU have an immense contribution in the holistic development of the students. Having spent two years at BMU I feel privileged to have studied in such a state-of-the-art infrastructure and under the guidance of such accomplished teachers. I thank BMU for enabling me to have the confidence to ask the right questions in every situation to be able to deliver to my full potential.

BMU is a limitless workspace where you can freely explore and innovate, fuelled by your creativity; enabling you to become a responsible citizen of the world.

College wouldn’t have been half as much fun, productive and amazing as it’s been if I take being a BMU Ambassador out of the equation. It is definitely one of the best things that can happen to a Munjalite
