Aditya Ghosh joined OYO Hotels & Homes, India’s largest branded network of affordable hotels, following a very successful stint with Indigo Airlines, which became the largest and most profitable airline in India under his leadership.
Aditya is a strong advocate for diverse and inclusive workplaces and was the driving force behind Indigo having the maximum number of women pilots and a workforce comprising 43% women. He has also been a part of several CSR programmes focusing on women empowerment, children and education, and the environment. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre and is a Senior Advisor to the Tata Trusts and helps lead the Cancer Care Initiative of the Trusts.

Aditya studied Law & history from Delhi University and practised law before joining the InterGlobe Enterprises as the General Counsel. Aditya is a fitness enthusiast and is considered to be one of the fittest business leaders in India. His other interests are arts, sports, travelling, hiking and camping on the hilltops, and he is always keen to explore and try out new things.
