Sonika Bajpeyee is an Assistant Professor of Practice at the School of Law. She is also the Assistant Dean (Internship and Placements), and the Faculty-in-charge for BMU Moot Court Association. Her research interest is business and human rights, and she teaches corporate law. She was formerly a Senior Associate at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, where she worked on M&A and PE transactions across multiple sectors including telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, software, education, healthcare, sports, logistics, automobile and energy
