Dr Payal Kumar spoke on ‘The glass ceiling and the glass cliff’ at a national conference on Gender and Media: Challenges and Opportunities in Chennai, organized jointly by the Network of Women in Media, India and Anna University. She also chaired an academic session in which scholars presented their papers.
