International Immersion Programme:
- The International Immersion Programme gives all B.Tech students first-hand knowledge of the global marketplace through an unparalleled immersion experience at one of the partner universities abroad.
- The International Immersion Programme is an optional programme conducted at the end of the third year during summer break.
- Post the module students will receive an International Immersion Programme Certification from the Host University/School.
- Tuition, air travel, accommodation, and meals (two a day) expenses are inclusive of the fees for the International Immersion Programme.
- The fee for International Immersion Programme does not include expenses for local travel in the city where the Host University/School is located, Sightseeing, Tickets/charges for social programs organized by Host University/School.
- Students will need to procure a valid passport & visa for the Module. BMU will assist in the Visa application process only, all costs for Passport and Visa procurement to be borne by the student.
Hostel facilities
The hostel tower is the traditional hostel seen across most colleges and it features single, double, and triple rooms, with shared common rooms and bathrooms on each floor. The hostel apartment is a new concept introduced at BMU, with a small group of students sharing an apartment. Apartments have single rooms, double rooms, or triple rooms, depending on their layout, and have a living room equipped with a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle, sofa, and lounge chairs. Day Boarder
The student has the option to be a day boarder and can avail transport facility from Gurugram, Delhi, or Faridabad. BMU will set the routes for students depending on where he travels from Gurugram, Delhi, and Faridabad. Required Laptop Configuration
All students must have a laptop. Recommended minimum configuration for laptops is CPU Intel Core i5, RAM 4 GB and above, HDD 500 GB, Screen 14”, any brand with an operating system of OS Windows 10 Pro. If possible, Inter Core i7 and 500 GB SSD will be preferredFinancial Assistance
As per the Government of India’s policy, banks will facilitate educational loans up to INR. 7.5 lakhs without collateral security at concessional rates of interest announced by RBI. However, loans will be sanctioned by banks after compliance with standard norms and procedural formalities. BMU has made arrangements with Credenc for speedy sanction and disbursal of education loans to students, provided they fulfill the loan criterion as per bank requirements. Global Leadership Program:
- The Global Leadership Program (GLP) gives all MBA students firsthand knowledge of the global marketplace through an unparalleled immersion experience. To thrive in today's global marketplace, business leaders must understand the economic, social, political, and cultural forces impacting the way business is conducted in different parts of the world.
- The Global Leadership module is an optional programme conducted at the end of the first year during summer break.
- Post the module students will receive a Global Leadership Program Certification from the partner University.
- Tuition, Travel, Lodging & meals (two a day) expenses are inclusive of the MBA tuition fees.
- Students will need to procure a valid passport & visa for the Module. BMU will assist in the Visa application process only, all costs for Passport and Visa procurement to be borne by the student.
- Admission decisions are reliant on completeness of application forms & provision of all documents listed in Application Form
- The admission process should be complete before the decision deadline to avoid delay in the result
Benefits of applying in the Early Cycle
- Students will get preference for a seat in the MBA programme of their choice
- Select scholarships (10% of the first-semester Tuition fee) will be awarded only to students who apply in the Early Cycle

International Immersion Programme:
- International Immersion Programme gives all students first-hand knowledge of the global marketplace through an unparalleled immersion experience at one of the partner universities abroad.
- The International Immersion Programme is an optional programme conducted at the end of the third year during summer break.
- Post the programme students will receive an International Immersion Programme Certification from the Host University/School.
- Tuition, air travel, accommodation, and meals (two a day) expenses are inclusive of theInternational Immersion Programme Fee.
- The International Immersion Programme Fee does not include expenses for the local travel in the host school city, sightseeing, tickets/charges for social programs organized by the host school.
- Students will need to procure a valid passport & visa for the Program. BMU will assist in the Visa application process only, all costs for Passport and Visa procurement to be borne by the student.

Day Boarder
Students have the option to be a day boarder for the first 3 years of the programme. For years 4 and 5, students will have to mandatorily stay in the campus accommodation. Students can avail transport facilities from Gurugram, Delhi, or Faridabad. BMU will set the routes for students depending on where he travels from Gurugram, Delhi, and Faridabad. - The charges shall be increased in case the government maintains social distancing norms at the time of opening the campus.
- Each route would be divided into two legs. All students boarding at any point in the first leg must be charged fully. Those boarding at any point in the second leg be charged 60% of the total cost (i.e. 10% more than pro-rata cost based on distance).
- In case any more students raise an objection to the above-mentioned rates (for two legs of the routes), we would take it up on a case-to-case basis and charge 10% more than the pro-rata cost.
